About the Role:
Emerald Coast Bread Company is looking for a hardworking and passionate Morning Baker / Delivery Driver to join our team in Pensacola, FL. This dual-role position is perfect for an early riser who loves the craft of baking and takes pride in getting fresh, delicious products into the hands of our customers. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake fresh breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards
• Manage morning production schedules to ensure all products are baked, packaged, and ready for delivery on time
• Operate and maintain baking equipment including ovens, mixers, and proofing stations
• Load and organize delivery vehicle with accuracy, ensuring all orders are complete and properly packaged
• Deliver baked goods to local businesses, restaurants, and retail partners along assigned routes
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized bakery workspace in compliance with food safety standards
• Communicate professionally with customers during deliveries and represent the brand with a positive attitude

Requirements:

• Prior baking, food production, or culinary experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work early morning hours, typically starting before dawn
• Reliable, punctual, and able to meet time-sensitive production and delivery deadlines
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality and consistency
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire
