How do I make an impact on my team?
The Bistro Café by Courtyard Marriott is a fast casual dining experience. We offer refreshing to-go options as well as full sit-down options for breakfast and dinner including food, cocktails, wine, beer, and Starbucks coffee. You will welcome guests and deliver exceptional dining experiences through attentive service, warm interactions, and a passion for great food.
- Take service orders and communicate them to the kitchen
- Check back frequently with guests to ensure all needs and expectations are being met
- Post payments using the point-of-service computer system
- Prepare checks for guests
- Removes dishes and glasses from tables or counters, taking them to the back to get washed
What Success Looks Likes
- Three or more months of previous restaurant experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
