Morning/Day Front of House Team Member

Working for Chick-fil-A provides Team Members with life experiences that go far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. Front of House Team Members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all Guests receive signature Chick-fil-A food and service. Additionally, Front of House Team Members will engage the community as the face of a highly efficient drive-thru.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile
• Create and maintain eye contact
• Speak enthusiastically
• Make emotional connections with Guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with Guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
