Morning/Daytime Dining Room Host/Hostess

Dining Room Host/Hostess:

At Chick-fil-A Larry Mulkey Memorial Rd, the role of the Host/Hostess is pivotal in providing our guests with the very best dining experience! Our Dining Room Host/Hostesses are the face of Chick-fil-A as they interact with all guests on a personal level. We strive to make our guests feel welcome by delivering a positive attitude and truthful character demonstrating 2nd mile service to every guest who visits our restaurant.

*Please note this position requires availability between the hours of 6am-3pm*

Responsibilities Include:

• Understand and Provide Second Mile Service to every guest.
• Greet each guest with a friendly smile and positive attitude.
• Maintain consistent attention to the cleanliness of the store, including the exterior and restrooms.
• Respond appropriately to guest concerns and communicate with teammates to ensure a guest’s positive experience.
• Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, counters and trays as needed to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Deliver meals to dine-in guests and assist with handing out mobile orders.
• Refresh beverages.
• Restock the condiment counter to ensure guests have everything they need to enjoy their meal.
• Sweep and mop the dining room as needed.
• Perform frequent restroom checks to ensure cleanliness.
• Be responsible to fill your shift if you are not able to work.
• Ensure your appearance is in compliance with the Team Member Handbook and Food Safety Guidelines. 
• Be a team player. 
• Uphold all Pathway procedures and restaurant policies. 

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have a source of reliable transportation
• Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
• Works in fast paced environment
• Mobility required during shifts
• Must work well under pressure
• Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
• Consistency and reliability
• Cheerful and positive attitude
• Loves serving and helping others
• Customer service oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills
