Job Title: Restaurant Dishwasher

Hourly Wage: $11-$13/hour plus TIPS and potential for profit sharing

Job Responsibilities:

• Scrape and sort dishes before loading them into a dishwashing machine for cleaning
• Some hand washing of utensils and pans required.
• Monitor dish sink water temperature during the sanitary wash cycle
• Sweep and scrub kitchen floors to ensure a clean and tidy work area
• Bag kitchen trash and discard in a dumpster at intervals
• Empty and discard lobby trash at intervals
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds or more
