    Morning Medical Equipment Cleaner
    Rental Operations- Hayward, CA

    Schedule: Monday- Friday, 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM
    Compensation: $20

    Med One Group, a trusted leader in medical equipment and healthcare financing for more than 25 years, is seeking a dependable Equipment Cleaner to join our distribution warehouse team in Hayward, California.

    In this full-time, hourly position, you will clean, inspect, and verify medical equipment to ensure it meets Med One Group's quality standards. You will follow established cleaning and inspection procedures and assist with general warehouse responsibilities to support daily operations.

    Essential Functions

    • Clean, inspect, and test medical equipment to ensure proper functionality while following established procedures.
    • Maintain knowledge of the medical equipment within the company fleet.
    • Receive, ship, and prepare medical equipment and supplies.
    • Assist with inventory management, warehouse organization, and daily operational tasks.
    • Complete required paperwork and data entry accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Demonstrate strong attention to detail while effectively prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
    • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
    • Promote a safe, healthy, and quality-focused work environment while complying with all company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain compliance with all patient privacy and confidentiality requirements.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Job Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Previous experience in a hospital environment, medical equipment, warehouse, or customer service setting preferred.
    • Basic computer skills with the ability to accurately complete required documentation and data entry.
    • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and a “get it right the first time” mindset.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Ability to lift and/or push up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
    • Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
    • Ability to comply with patient privacy laws and maintain confidentiality in all matters.
    • Customer-focused with a willingness to go above and beyond to support customers and team members.
