Morning Janitorial Cleaner – Part-Time (Monday through Friday)

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Vacuum all carpeted areas and sweep/mop hard floors
  
• Empty trash and replace liners
  
• Dust furniture, ledges, and horizontal surfaces
  
• Clean glass entry doors and interior door windows
  
• Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, and fixtures in 3 restrooms
  
• Polish mirrors and wipe partitions
  
• Refill consumables (soap, paper towels, toilet tissue)
  
• Clean kitchen/lunch area: sink, counters, and appliances (microwave, refrigerator exterior, coffee maker)
  
• Empty trash and mop floors in all common areas
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment at all times
  

Compensation

• $17
  
• W2 position
  
• Biweekly or monthly payments (NET-30 terms may apply)

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
  
• Must be available every Friday, 8 AM – 12 PM
