As the morning Kitchen Prep Team Member, you will be responsible for creating fresh salads, wraps, and other cold food items while ensuring top-notch food safety practices. This position requires 6:00am-2:00pm or 7:00am-3:00pm availability.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently
• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Positive attitude and coachable mindset
• Effective communication skills with guests and team members

Responsibilities:

• Ensure food safety standards are followed and maintain kitchen cleanliness
• Efficiently prepare cold menu items according to Chick-fil-A standards
• Stay updated on new products and complete in-house training
• Wash kitchen dishes and report maintenance issues promptly
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Contribute in team meetings and follow instructions from the leadership team
