Morning Server Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Support, motivate, and lead team members during morning shifts
• Monitor workflow and labor efficiency to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Assist guests and resolve concerns in a professional manner
• Handle cash procedures and complete daily paperwork accurately
• Lead pre-shift meetings
• Assist with training of team members
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
• Follow and enforce company policies, procedures, and sanitation standards
• Help keep a positive, respectful, and supportive workplace
