MORNING SHIFT HOTEL FRONT DESK CLERK FOR WEEKENDS

About the Role:
Kunal LLC is looking for a friendly and reliable Front Desk Clerk to join our team in South Burlington, VT — weekends only! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Every Saturday and Sunday morning from 7:00AM to 3:00PM. Experience preferred, but will train the right person.



Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct guests as needed
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations or appointments accurately
• Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth weekend operations
• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary

Requirements:

• Prior front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and punctual with consistent weekend availability
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with office software or booking systems
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
