Come join our Culver's team in Mukwonago, WI. This restaurant is located at 1090 N. Rochester St. We are located 45 minutes from downtown Milwaukee. Must be an adult (18+) with morning availability. If you're looking for steady full-time or part-time morning hours, we've got a great job for you!
We’re currently looking for multiple opening positions:
Custard Opener– start time is 7:30-8:00AM. Sets up the custard and shake machines, stocks candy, custard, and frontline items for the day, and creates our fresh frozen custard.
Grill Opener – start time is 8:30-9:00AM. Sets up the kitchen with fresh ingredients for the day and stocks coolers and freezers.
Prep (weekends) – start time is 7am. Preps fresh ingredients for the day (slicing tomatoes and cucumbers, portioning mashed potatoes and broccoli, etc.) and prioritizes food safety practices.
Porter/Janitor Associate – start time is 7:00AM (occasionally 6:00AM). Focuses on detailed cleaning, filtering and setting up fryers for the day, and keeping the restaurant in excellent condition. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
Truck Opener – start time is 7:00AM – put food orders away accurately and use FIFO (first in, first out) methods. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
All positions can be part time or full time based on restaurant and employee needs. If an applicant is looking for full time work, they must be comfortable with working in the frontline area (cashiering, scooping custard, and running orders) or working in the backline area preparing
food.
Competitive wages are offered based on previous fast food service experience and availability. A $13 meal credit is offered for shifts over 6 hours! Our back-of-house (BOH) kitchen crew members are experts at moving quickly in a fast-paced environment. If delighting is in your DNA, you’ll be a natural at this position. Our BOH team works together to prepare seared-to-order ButterBurgers® and other guest favorites. No bun is left unbuttered, no Cheese Curd overcooked. In our kitchen, the details matter. These are the talented people who ensure every meal we serve is a masterpiece.
