About Soccer Stars

Soccer Stars is the nation's largest youth soccer program, serving families for over 24 years.

Our curriculum introduces children to soccer through age-appropriate games, imagination, movement, and positive encouragement. Our goal isn't to create professional athletes—it's to help children become more confident, active, and excited to learn.

We partner with schools, childcare centers, and community organizations throughout El Paso to bring high-quality enrichment programs directly to children.

What You'll Do

You'll travel to daycare centers, preschools, and elementary schools across El Paso to teach engaging soccer enrichment classes during the school day.

Classes focus on movement, coordination, teamwork, confidence, and fun.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging soccer enrichment classes for children ages 1 – 10 yrs
• Create a positive, energetic, and inclusive learning environment
• Use games, imagination, movement, and positive reinforcement to keep children engaged
• Help children develop confidence, coordination, listening skills, and teamwork
• Maintain a safe and organized class environment
• Arrive prepared and on time to each location
• Communicate professionally with school administrators and teachers
• Participate in paid training and ongoing professional development

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must currently reside in the El Paso, TX area
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to multiple schools throughout El Paso
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Available weekday mornings and early afternoons
• Able to pass a background check
• Authorized to work in the United States
