Key Responsibilities


  • Receive live-transfer leads from appointment setters and immediately build rapport.
  • Evaluate borrower financial profiles and recommend suitable residential mortgage products.
  • Guide clients seamlessly through the initial application and pre-approval process.
  • Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams to ensure timely loan closures.
  • Maintain a high closing ratio while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications


  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience originating residential mortgage loans.
  • Active NMLS license in good standing.
  • Proven success in a call center or high-volume inside sales environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with standard mortgage industry software.
