Key ResponsibilitiesOriginate residential mortgage loans (purchase and refinance) in compliance with all applicable regulations and bank policies.Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with realtors, builders, financial advisors, and community partners.Actively prospect and self‑generate business through networking, community involvement, and outbound efforts.Guide borrowers through the mortgage process from application to closing with a high level of service and transparency.Maintain accurate and timely loan documentation in accordance with compliance, underwriting, and audit standards.Meet or exceed individual production and quality goals.Represent the bank professionally at community events and industry functions.
