Summary: Our client is seeking a Mortgage Home Loan Direct Center Representative to join its Home Loan Direct Center team. This role is responsible for engaging existing and prospective customers through a combination of inbound and outbound phone calls to discuss mortgage financing needs, provide information regarding current loans, and identify opportunities for additional mortgage products and services.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling a high volume of phone calls, strong customer service and sales skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers while maintaining compliance with established guidelines.
