Summary
- Pay at $26/hour
- Onsite (no remote opportunity) 5 days per week in Moorpark CA

As a Mortgage Closer, you will play a key role in ensuring loans close accurately and on time.
- Prepare and review closing documents, including balancing Initial and Final Closing Disclosures
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across all closing activities
- Partner with internal teams, lenders, title/escrow, and external stakeholders
- Provide consistent, high-level customer service through calls, email, and communication touchpoints
- Manage daily pipelines, execute tasks efficiently, and escalate issues when necessary
What You Bring
- Mortgage industry experience required
- Closing experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of investor guidelines and regulatory standards
