Mortgage Customer Service

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a well known organization in Albuquerque who is in search of a customer service representative to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with mortgage servicing or escrow experience who enjoys building relationships, resolving customer inquiries, and supporting homeowners throughout their mortgage journey.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email regarding mortgage accounts.
  • Respond to inquiries related to mortgage payments, escrow accounts, loan servicing, and account maintenance.
  • Research and resolve customer concerns while providing timely and accurate information.
  • Process customer requests and update account information within internal systems.
  • Assist with escrow-related questions, payment applications, and loan servicing activities.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and mortgage servicing regulations.
  • Deliver a professional, courteous, and customer-focused experience with every interaction.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience in a professional office environment required.
  • Mortgage servicing or escrow-related experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of customer interactions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor with strong problem-solving skills.
