Customer-centric and supportive full-service real estate law firm based in South Florida specializing in complex litigation cases and transactions is seeking a Mortgage Foreclosure Associate to join their team. The Associate will assist in the firm's representation of lenders and servicers in real estate litigation cases, creditor bankruptcy matters, evictions and REO closings throughout the state of Florida.The successful candidate must possess a Florida Bar License and have a minimum of 2-5 years of mortgage foreclosure experience. The Foreclosure Associate will be responsible for working uncontested cases including reviewing complaints, preparing motions for default, motions for summary judgment, discovery, final judgment hearings and trials. Experience in foreclosure sales and evictions as well as creditor bankruptcy and real estate closings is a plus.
