Key Responsibilities:
- Document Preparation: Prepare and organize final loan documents, including the Closing Disclosure and deed of trust.
- Compliance Review: Ensure lender requirements and applicable state and federal regulations, including RESPA and TILA, are met.
- Coordination: Serve as the final point of contact for the borrower, loan officer, title company, and attorney to help facilitate a smooth closing.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of mortgage closing experience
- Knowledge: Understanding of FHA, VA, USDA and conventional loan requirements.
- Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
