As a Loan Modification Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing, processing, and executing mortgage loan modifications, partial claims, and deferments in accordance with investor, agency, and state-specific guidelines. This role will help facilitate sustainable retention solutions and support our commitment to excellent customer service. **In This Role, You Will:** - Prepare, review, and process mortgage loan modification applications, partial claims, and deferments - Ensure all documentation and submissions comply with investor, agency, and state-specific guidelines - Work with legal counsel, title companies, and internal departments to ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements - Track and report on loan modification department pipeline - Analyze financial information, payment processing, and transactions, to determine eligibility and appropriate modification options - Other job duties as assigned Join our team and be part of a company dedicated to helping homeowners navigate financial challenges, improving the lives and strengthening Idaho communities.
