JOB SUMMARY

As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will own the client experience end-to-end - sourcing business, structuring loans, educating borrowers, and closing deals. This role is ideal for professionals seeking autonomy, flexibility, and the ability to scale their personal brand.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • W-2 income guarantee to support ramp-up – based on prior W-2 earnings, we front your typical monthly income for an initial period to provide stability while you build pipeline (e.g., $10k/month prior income = $10k/month guaranteed during ramp)

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Originate 3-6+ loans per month, scaling up incrementally

  • Manage the full loan lifecycle

  • Build a book of business through realtor and community outreach

  • Utilize traditional, brokered, and private-money products

  • Maintain accurate CRM records using Basecamp

  • Participate in weekly coaching and performance reviews

  • Represent your personal brand professionally

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Integrity-driven, accountable, and coachable

  • Polished communicator and relationship builder

  • Prior production required

  • Currently licensed OR actively originating in a bank environment
