First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking an analytical, detail oriented Mortgage Loan Officer with great communication skills to join the Mortgage Banking Department team.
Compensation:
The hourly range for this role is $16.00 / hourly; plus commission.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (hours may vary)
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) is required within 30 days of employment
- 2 years relevant work experience in sales, banking, real estate, or business required
- Postsecondary degree in Business helpful
- Excellent communication and sales skills supporting the ability to generate loan volume
- Able to handle confidential matters judiciously
- Possesses good math, analytical and problem solving skills
- Possesses attention to detail with excellent follow-through
- Able to plan and organize
- Able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
Responsibilities:
