 Major Duties and Responsibilities

·         The role involves conducting loan interviews and securing the necessary customer information to initiate loan transactions.

·         Take mortgage loan applications, analyze data, and solicit new mortgage business.

·         Maintain good external relationships and promote the organization’s products and services.

Experience with:

• FHA, VA, and Fannie Mae
• Construction loans

Education/Certifications/Licenses

• Maintain active registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
• NMLS Number.
• Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Valid and current Driver’s License.
