**Qualifications: **

- Proven experience in mortgage lending or related financial services. - Strong understanding of loan origination processes and applicable regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach. - Ability to analyze financial data and make sound lending decisions. - Proficiency with loan origination software and financial analysis tools. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Education & Experience: **

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred, but not required. - Professional certification in mortgage lending is a plus.
