Responsibilities:
Originate residential mortgage loans including Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, and Non-QM
Consult with borrowers to assess needs and recommend loan solutions
Build and maintain referral relationships with Realtors and business partners
Manage loan files from application through closing
Ensure compliance with regulatory and investor requirements
Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams
Qualifications:
Active NMLS license required for experienced candidates
Entry-level candidates must be eligible to obtain NMLS licensing (training provided)
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
Sales, mortgage, banking, or real estate experience preferred but not required
