Performance Measurements:
1.
Meet or exceed department goals that are created in conjunction with corporate goals.
2.
To ensure all files are in compliance with federal regulations and Credit Union Policy.
3.
To ensure timely supply of requested documentation to members.
4.
Report regularly to leadership on the status of all leads and loans being worked.
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience
Three to five years of similar or related experience.
Must be S.A.F.E Act registered through NMLS or have at least one (1) year of mortgage or financial services experience AND become S.A.F.E. Act registered through NMLS upon hire.
Preferred knowledge of HFLMC/FNMA, FHA, VA and other general mortgage lending procedures and requirements.
Ability to represent Americas First Federal Credit Union in a professional manner projecting the image of Member Focused Service.
Education
Equivalent to a college degree (BS or BA in a relevant field).
Interpersonal Skills
Work involves extensive personal contact with others and is of a personal or sensitive nature. Motivating, influencing, and/or training others is key at this level. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary and often requires the ability to influence and/or sell ideas or services to others.
Physical Requirements
Light lifting required.
