Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate refinance options for all loan types of Conv, FHA and VA
- Convert inbound and transferred leads into completed loan applications
- Educate borrowers on loan benefits and help them achieve financial goals
- Make 30-120 daily contacts (calls, texts, emails) using CRM and scripts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and closing
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple borrower pipelines
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, phone-based sales environment
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Specific Qualifications:
- Active NMLS license (or willingness to obtain - we cover the cost)
- Minimum 1 year of inside sales or call center experience
- Knowledge of VA, FHA, USDA, and Conventional loan programs preferred but not required.
Training will be provided upon need.
- Familiarity with Encompass or similar loan origination systems preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
