Mortgage Loan Originator

The Mortgage Loan Originator is a Hybrid/Remote role based in Pasadena, CA. This role is responsible for assessing borrower needs, structuring loan solutions, and guiding clients from initial application to closing. The Mortgage Loan Originator will provide consistent, high-quality customer service, maintain a strong pipeline, and leverage LoanTitan’s technology and marketing resources to drive volume and close loans efficiently. This role also involves staying current on industry trends, loan products, and market conditions to provide informed guidance to borrowers.

• Collaborate closely with underwriters and processors to ensure seamless loan processing and compliance with lending regulations.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Monitor loan applications from start to finish, proactively addressing any issues that may arise to ensure timely approvals and closings.

• Experience in mortgage loan origination, with a strong understanding of lending regulations.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with underwriters and processors to ensure timely loan approvals.

• Excellent communication skills to build trust and transparency with clients and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in tracking and reporting loan application outcomes to maintain accurate records.

• Active NMLS License (Required).

• Active DRE License is a plus.
