• Originate and manage purchase/refi loans
  
  
• Guide borrowers from pre‑approval to closing
  
  
• Build relationships with agents and clients
  
  
• Maintain compliance and deliver excellent service
  
  

Requirements

• Active CA DRE and NMLS licenses
  
  
• 2+ years of origination experience preferred
  
  
• Strong product knowledge and communication skills
  
  
• Tech‑savvy and team‑oriented
