A Mortgage Loan Originator is responsible for assisting clients through the loan application process, ensuring they understand the terms and conditions, and helping them secure mortgage financing. This role typically operates within a team of 4-10 members and reports directly to the Sales Manager. The position requires strong communication and time management skills, with no travel required. Responsibilities

• Assist clients in completing loan applications
• Explain loan options, terms, and conditions to borrowers
• Assess borrower creditworthiness and financial status
• Collect and verify required documentation
• Coordinate with underwriters and other stakeholders to facilitate loan approval
• Maintain client records and communication throughout the loan process
