Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare initial disclosure packages and disclose to meet federal guidelines
• Documentation Collection & Verification: Review loan applications for accuracy and verify borrower employment, income, assets, and credit reports.
• Loan File Management: Organize and submit completed loan packages to underwriting.
• Liaison Duties: Communicate with borrowers, underwriters, attorneys, and title companies to move the file forward.
• Conditions Clearance: Gather necessary documentation to satisfy underwriter conditions.
• Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all files adhere to bank, investor, and government guidelines (FHA, VA, Conventional).
• Closing Coordination: Prepare all necessary documentation for closings to meet federal guidelines and coordinate to schedule closings.
• Objectively handle, process, and secure sensitive information and communications

·         Performing additional duties as requested by Director of Residential Lending. 

PREFERRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS

·         Bachelor’s degree in business related field.
