Join Our Team as a Mortgage Loan Processor
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in mortgage loan processing? CharterWest Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team at one of our Loan Processing Offices in Nebraska, Iowa, or South Dakota. In this role, you will help ensure mortgage loans are processed accurately, efficiently, and with excellent service from application to closing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Application Review: Review and verify loan applications for accuracy and completeness.
- Communication: Communicate with clients, loan officers, and underwriters to gather necessary information.
- Document Preparation: Compile, organize, and review loan documentation.
- Compliance Support: Ensure required forms and disclosures are completed properly.
- Underwriting Coordination: Submit loans for underwriting approval and assist with follow-up items as needed.
- Closing Coordination: Coordinate closing dates and loan funding.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent service and support throughout the mortgage loan process.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in mortgage loan processing.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge: Understanding of mortgage loan processing software, systems, and procedures.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
