Mortgage Loan Processor

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented mortgage loan processor to send out initial disclosures. The ideal candidate will have years of mortgage processing experience, detail oriented and have a proven track record of providing solutions in the mortgage lending industry. Responsibilities

• Review loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance before submission
• Coordinate with loan officers, processors, and lenders to obtain required documentation, resolve discrepancies, and move loans efficiently through the pipeline
• Prepare and submit initial disclosure packages and required loan documentation
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate loan scenarios, identify potential issues, and determine appropriate solutions to help qualify loans for approval

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of doc preparation, senior underwriting, or senior processing
• Mortgage lending experience and loan knowledge required, specifically with Non-QM, FHA, VA, and conventional
• Strong computer and technology skills with the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software systems
• Strong analytical and time management skills and superior attention to detail
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation

$25 - 28 hourly
