Position is preferred to be located at 500 Broadway in Little Rock, Arkansas. Applicants located within the Arvest operational footprint (AR,OK,KS, MO) will also be considered during the interview process.
Position is Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

Summary:
SUMMARY: The Mortgage Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of the Quality Assurance (QA) database in order to meet the functional requirements of the department. The incumbent will collaborate with various members of mortgage production operations, mortgage servicing and quality assurance management to create necessary queries, exception reports, scorecards, trending and analysis reports. The Mortgage Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for helping to facilitate the quality assurance practices in support of Arvest Bank Mortgage Division and Central Mortgage Company (AMD/CMC).
