JOB SUMMARY:
The Quality Assurance Specialist I is responsible for the accurate, timely, and compliant preparation, issuance, and quality review of the initial mortgage disclosure package, including the Loan Estimate and all other required regulatory disclosures due within three business days of receipt of a new loan application. This role also manages Changes in Circumstance in accordance with TRID and applicable federal and state regulations. The position ensures adherence to TRID, RESPA, TILA, and other applicable regulations while supporting Seacoast Bank's commitment to transparency, accuracy, and exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage lifecycle.
