Utah Housing Corporation is accepting applications for the position of Mortgage Servicing Systems Manager.This opportunity is part of the Mortgage Servicing Department and plays an important role in supporting the department's systems, reporting, data analytics, training, and operational efficiency. The Servicing Systems Manager provides professional technical systems and data analytics administration while independently coordinating system functions and applying sound judgment, initiative, and decision-making authority to resolve complex servicing system issues.UHC's mission is to serve Utah's housing needs through finance and innovation. The Servicing Systems Manager directs the System Analysts and oversees staff performing clerical duties related to process improvement, project implementation, and special assignments. This position works closely with Mortgage Servicing leadership, vendors, system providers, and technical support to ensure the effective use of UHC's servicing systems and resources.Primary responsibilities include supporting and administering multi-user servicing systems, evaluating existing and proposed systems, recommending hardware and software solutions, and coordinating system installations, upgrades, maintenance, and security monitoring. The Servicing Systems Manager also directs System Analysts in troubleshooting hardware, software, connectivity, and system configuration issues while serving as a key resource for resolving complex servicing system challenges.This position coordinates important operational activities including year-end processing, compliance-related system updates, loan purge activities, and training for Mortgage Servicing staff. The Servicing Systems Manager also creates, analyzes, and maintains reports used by UHC executives and department leadership, ensuring data integrity and supporting sound business decisions. Familiarity with data analytics, programming, Power BI, MS Access, and ICE Mortgage Technology Systems is required.Qualified candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Eight years of related experience may be substituted for the degree requirement. Candidates should have five years of previous work experience in systems administration and/or software quality assurance, including software and hardware troubleshooting. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite is required, along with knowledge of MS SQL 2008, Monarch, intermediate AIP, and strong data and analytics comprehension.The successful candidate will create and maintain technical documentation, policies, standards, processes, and procedures for the Mortgage Servicing Department while identifying opportunities to improve workflows, streamline operations, and enhance employee efficiency.
