As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming experience and ensuring every guest receives exceptional service from check-in to check-out.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests and provide outstanding customer service.Handle guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.Answer phone calls and assist guests with reservations, questions, and requests.Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly.Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.Perform basic night audit and front desk accounting duties when needed.Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.Provide information about hotel amenities, policies, and local attractions.QualificationsPrevious experience as a Front Desk Agent, Hotel Receptionist, Guest Services Representative, or Customer Service Representative preferred.Strong customer service and guest relations skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Professional phone etiquette.Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel management software.Experience with hospitality, hotel, motel, or lodging operations is a plus.Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.What We're Looking ForA team player who enjoys working with people.Someone who can remain calm and professional under pressure.A dependable employee who is committed to providing excellent guest experiences.Someone willing to learn, adapt, and contribute to a positive work environment.Join our team and help create a comfortable, welcoming experience for every guest who stays with us!
