What You’ll Do

• Provide postpartum and newborn care on Mother-Baby units
• Support new mothers and families during recovery and early bonding
• Administer IVs and start IVs as needed
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care
• Document medical records accurately using EPIC electronic health records
• Float to similar acuity units as needed, providing flexible support
• Follow hospital policies and safety protocols to maintain a secure environment

What You Need

• Current Ohio RN license
• Minimum of 2 years postpartum nursing experience
• BLS certification and IV certification required
• IV start skills and Labor & Delivery experience preferred
• EPIC electronic health record experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
