What Youll Do
- Provide high-quality postpartum care to new mothers and their babies
- Monitor vital signs, assist with breastfeeding, and educate families
- Administer IV therapies and perform IV starts with proficiency
- Collaborate with healthcare team members and document care in EPIC
- Adapt to floating across units based on patient acuity
- Ensure family comfort and support during recovery
- Adhere to hospital protocols and safety guidelines
What You Need
- Valid Ohio RN license
- Minimum 2 years postpartum nursing experience
- BLS certification
- IV start and labor & delivery experience preferred
- EPIC EMR experience (preferred)
- Ability to work night shift and float to similar units
- Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset
