Motor Assembler - 2nd Shift

Pulls motor parts for motor assembly. Assembles and tests motors per work order instructions. Diagnose possible defects of the motors. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or lead. Work related to maintaining 5S program (housekeeping).Be an active participant in the company's suggestion, quality, gainsharing, and cost-saving programs.Other duties as assigned.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Previous assembly experience preferred. Electrical wiring background beneficial.
• Skills and Key Attributes: Ability to read drawings, blue-prints, and wiring diagnosis. Basic math and computer skills. Must be detail oriented.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Ability to stand on feet and move around for up to 8-12 hours per day.

Responsible for the assembly of NORD Gear motors. The 2nd Shift schedule runs Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM-1:30 AM - enjoy a 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts!
