We are currently seeking an experienced fine grade Motor Grader Operator to join our Reclamation Crew. Only apply if:

We aren't looking for someone to just steer the machine. We are looking for a Fine Grade Specialist who takes pride in precision-someone who understands drainage, cross slope, and subgrade tolerances, and knows how to leave the job ready for the next operation without rework.

Our goal is simple: build heavy highway reclamation projects the right way, with production, safety, and quality working together. To get there, we only hire people who care about the details. If you are comfortable with "close enough," do not apply.

What We Demand:

• Precision Grade Control: You can fine grade for reclamation, base, and shoulder work with tight tolerances, proper drainage, and consistent cross slope.
• Production with Purpose: You keep material moving and the operation on pace without sacrificing finish quality or creating rework for the crew behind you.
• Situational Awareness: You understand the full operation-traffic control, milling/reclamation sequence, haul patterns, utilities, and the people working around your machine.
• Equipment Mastery: You know how to run and maintain a motor grader efficiently, read the ground, make smart adjustments, and communicate clearly with supervisors and grade checkers.
