Motor Grader Foreman – Heavy Civil | Temp-to-Perm

We’re looking for an experienced Motor Grader Foreman who knows how to get grade right and keep a crew moving. If you have strong hands-on grader experience and are ready to take ownership of the work in the field, this is an opportunity to step into a key leadership role.

This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity with the potential to build a long-term career with an established civil construction company.

What You'll Be Doing:

You’ll be the person in the field making sure grading operations are done safely, efficiently, and to spec.

• Operate a motor grader for rough and fine/finish grading
• Lead and coordinate grading crews and equipment operators
• Grade roadways, building pads, parking areas, slopes, and other sitework
• Work from civil plans, elevations, grade stakes, and cut/fill information
• Establish proper elevations, slopes, and drainage
• Coordinate equipment and manpower to keep production moving
• Check completed work and make adjustments when necessary
• Communicate with superintendents and project management
• Maintain a productive and safe jobsite
