Job Description: We are currently seeking experienced and dependable Motorcoach Drivers to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for safely transporting passengers to various destinations, ensuring a positive experience for every passenger. Our ideal candidate has a strong safety focus, excellent driving skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a motorcoach to transport passengers to scheduled destinations.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting passengers with boarding, luggage, and any other needs.
• Perform pre-trip inspections to ensure the motorcoach is in safe, working condition.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with passengers, staff, and dispatch teams.
• Maintain a clean and comfortable vehicle environment.
• Report any accidents, incidents, or maintenance issues promptly.
• Adhere to scheduled departure and arrival times.
• Ensure passenger safety and well-being during travel.

Qualifications:

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger (P) endorsement.
• Clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a motorcoach or bus driver preferred.
• Strong knowledge of road safety and traffic regulations.
• Ability to operate motorcoach vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be flexible with work hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
