Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on motorcycles, including oil changes, brake services, and tire replacements.
Diagnose mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential problems and recommend solutions.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in motorcycle maintenance.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their motorcycle needs.
Ensure the shop is clean and organized, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a motorcycle mechanic or in a similar role.
