About the Role:

In this role, you'll work hands-on with a variety of motorcycles, ensuring they run smoothly and safely for our valued customers.



Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on motorcycles, including oil changes, brake services, and tire replacements.
• Diagnose mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential problems and recommend solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in motorcycle maintenance.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their motorcycle needs.
• Ensure the shop is clean and organized, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a motorcycle mechanic or in a similar role.
• Valid motorcycle mechanic certification or relevant technical training.
• Strong knowledge of motorcycle systems, parts, and repair techniques.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently.
