You would contribute to our overall vision, "Working together moving people throughout life," by providing support to the service manager and dealership teams.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThe Driver/Motorcycle Porter is to deliver customer satisfaction by transporting items in a safe, timely manner. The Driver/Motorcycle Porter will pick up and drop off items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. This position emphasizes a customer-centered approach, with a mission to enhance the powersports experience by delivering high-quality service and product expertise.Key responsibilities include the following. Others may be assigned.Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.Must have ability to pull a trailer and back up in tight/confined areas.Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles, this includes but is not limited to motorcycles, parts & accessories.Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.Operating equipment and machines, such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.SKILLS & EXPERIENCEDetail oriented.Excellent communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft systems.2-3 years' experience as a driver.
