Parts Sales Representative

Seminole Powersports is one of Central Florida's premier powersports dealerships, representing industry-leading brands including Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Husqvarna, Can-Am, Sea-Doo, and more. We are currently seeking an energetic, customer-focused Parts Sales Representative to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist retail customers in selecting parts, accessories, riding gear, and apparel
  • Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, and fitment
  • Process parts sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain showroom displays, merchandising, and price labeling
  • Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory
  • Assist with inventory counts and inventory management processes
  • Work closely with the Service Department to support repair and maintenance needs
  • Stay current on manufacturer product lines, accessories, and promotions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department environment

Qualifications

  • Passion for powersports and the outdoor lifestyle
  • Previous parts, retail sales, automotive, marine, or powersports experience preferred
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Positive attitude with a team-first mentality
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a desire for continuous learning and personal growth
  • High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism
  • Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems effectively
  • Comfortable working with computers and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
