Motorcycle Sales Associate
Lakeland Harley is seeking a motivated Motorcycle Sales Associate to join our team. As a Motorcycle Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect motorcycle that suits their needs and desires.
This Position REQUIRES a current Motorcycle Endorsement on Driver's License
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing motorcycles
- Provide detailed information about different models and features
- Organize test rides for interested customers
- Negotiate pricing and finalize sales agreements
- Maintain showroom appearance and cleanliness
Requirements:
- Must be able to operate a motorcycle and possess a motorcycle endorsement on driver's license
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Passion for motorcycles and knowledge of different models
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing and able to work on weekends
