Motorcycle Service Advisor / Writer

We are seeking full-time Service Consultants/ Advisors/Writers to guide customers through the motorcycle repair/maintenance process, advise them on service options and costs, sell parts, accessories and installation, follow bikes from service bay entry to completion, quality control bikes, review completed work order with customer and more.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Guide customers through the motorcycle repair and maintenance process, advise them on service options and costs, offer 'specials', sell parts, accessories, and installation, schedule service appointments, follow bike from service bay entry to completion, quality control bike, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

• Motorcycle Service Consultant/Advisor/Writer experience is a plus but not required. Training is provided!
• Good communication, customer service, computer and sales skills
• Driver's license and good driving record is required
• Ability to push, move and/or ride an 800 lb. motorcycle is required
• Ability to drive a truck with a trailer is a plus!
• A motorcycle endorsement is preferred but not required. We will help you obtain a motorcycle endorsement.
• Energetic and dependable with a good work ethic
• Self-motivated to succeed
