Snapshot / Role Overview
We're seeking a Motorized Shades Sales & Installation Manager in Naples, FL to drive sales and oversee installation of automated window covering systems for commercial and high-end residential projects.

Impact

• Drive revenue growth by selling motorized shade solutions to commercial and luxury residential clients

• Ensure customer satisfaction through expert installation and project management

• Build market presence by developing relationships with architects and interior designers

• Support sustainable building goals through energy-efficient shade solutions

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales pipeline for motorized shading systems

• Conduct site surveys and recommend appropriate shade solutions

• Prepare detailed proposals including product specifications and pricing

• Coordinate with manufacturers on custom shade fabrication

• Manage installation teams and ensure quality workmanship

• Commission and program shade control systems and integrations

• Integrate motorized shades with lighting and HVAC control systems

• Provide customer training on system operation and maintenance

Requirements
Must-Haves

• 3+ years of motorized shading sales or installation experience

• Knowledge of major shade manufacturers (Lutron, Somfy, QMotion, etc.)

• Experience with control system integration and programming

• Strong sales and customer relationship skills

• Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications

Nice-to-Haves

• Low voltage or electrical contractor license

• Experience with home automation and lighting control systems

• Relationships with architects, designers, and commercial developers

• Project management and team leadership experience

Compensation & Logistics
