Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist motorsports customers, providing expert guidance on service needs and repair options
• Write up accurate and detailed repair orders for powersports, motorsports, and recreational vehicles
• Communicate repair timelines, service updates, and estimates to customers throughout the service process
• Coordinate with technicians to prioritize workflow and ensure timely completion of service jobs
• Upsell recommended maintenance services, parts, and accessories to enhance customer value
• Process invoices, payments, and warranty claims accurately and efficiently
• Build lasting customer relationships to drive repeat business and dealership loyalty

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a service advisor, preferably in motorsports, powersports, or automotive dealership settings
• Strong knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or other motorsports vehicles
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret repair orders, service manuals, and warranty documentation
• Proficiency with dealership management software (DMS) is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers and jobs simultaneously
• Valid driver's license required; motorsports endorsement a plus
